Visual Language 
My first module at university was 'visual language', this purely focused on drawing and painting, using various mediums, I found a love of water-soluble pencils and black fine-liners. I produced 15 x A2 sheets of studies and many pages in a sketchbook. we used a range of  subjects in the module, for example, foliage, flowers, fruit, shells, cups and saucers...  

I very much enjoyed getting stuck into this project, although my favourite drawing sets were the fruit and I felt my own style began to show through these studies with the vibrant colour schemes and blended backgrounds- this is something which inspires me and comes from the heart...
